Hantarex polo star low B+

Hi

I have a Hantarex Polo star that worked correctly.
One day it stopped working and started with the ticking sound.

I solder off flyback pin 3 and connect 40W bulb to the pad.

I have light, but only 85V on pin 3.

I would like to know what I can verify on the B + line

Maybe T7 (IRF630) on the switch board?
