Cab wiring question for dual real-hardware/MAME setup

Hello,

I got a working Ridge Racer cab in great shape that I'd like to keep original but also use as a MAME cab. The only thing I'm scratching my head right now is how to split the wires so that I can swap the original PCB and the PC back and forth. If it was JAMMA it would be as simple as getting a J-PAC, but this cabinet is not.

Any recommendations? My main goal at the moment is make it as little intrusive as possible, the original wiring is in great shape and I don't want to start hacking and slacking into it.
