| Megatouch serial port to usb for touchscreen |

Ok so i know my motherboard serial port is kaput So does anyone know if i can convert my touchscreen serial port to usb .I can buy the adaptors cheap enough but will it work ..Has anyone done this ?? Machine is 2006 megatouch force . Many thanks |
