I have a WGK7400 that I got in a PAC/Galaga Double Game. When I plugged it in the first time I had no Video and there was a clicking sound and small arcing inside the tube neck.

I removed the chassis, and the Flyback was bulging and plastic was split. I recapped it, put on a new flyback AND 3686 HOT.  It still has the same symptom in the neck, and the High Voltage isn't coming on still.

Any Ideas?

If you've got arcing (usually blue or purple) inside the neck your tube is probably necked (broken).
