There are 12 handicap parking spaces at the local Lowes. Do I think that's dumb? Sure. Do I park in any of them even if the lot is full? Nope because those spaces aren't for me. Rules are rules... being a good citizen means you abide by them. I'm sure they have a sign up that clearly states they are spaces for electric vehicles so if you park there and you have a regular car, clearly you are an ---uvula--- that only cares about yourself. |
