honestly, I gave up with multi syncs after years. It's a pain to make them work with GM. As of now I'm using it in 15khz only.

I think OPs problem is that ArcadeOSD will not adjust the resolution you are currently using for desktop.  If you want to adjust that resolution, you must first set your desktop to a different resolution, then adjust the one you want to use, then switch your desktop to said adjusted resolution.
