This is awesome.  Redoing my garage is on my radar for the summer and I'm going to need a bench like this...

Need to get someone in to pour the slab first though.  I'm so jealous you have a flat surface (mine is asphalt - ugh.).

DaOld Man:
Good idea. What you think about putting flat sheets of plywood on the floor below, with wheels or drawer slides on them so you can pull them out?
Just a crazy idea but it would give you one more easy accessible shelf/drawer thingy.
I like your cabinet making skills, and reminds me I heed more work bench area.

Thanks - this design was for inexpensive garage storage.  The lower garage gets wet on occasion..  For other areas- the remaining 1/2 sheet could be used as a bottom with wheels added for moving it around..

Awesome bench. Thanks for sharing the build!

Have you had any issues with the PT wood warping as it dries? I've always regretted using it on any project, but it looks like your bills may confine it pretty well I'm guessing?

The blocking keeps it all pretty stiff and the cuts are short..  no issues with them.. they are over a year old now..
