Does anyone know what type of monitor was used in Sara's After Burner Deluxe cab?

The manual refers to a 20 inch monitor a couple of time, but doesn't specify any further.

The regular cab must use the same monitor. It is also referred to as a 20 inch monitor.

I don't know how many 20 inch arcade monitors were made. That should narrow the search down quite a bit. Maybe check out other Sega games. Go ask on KLOV.com.
