CRT 2.0 / Windows 10 / R7 240 Trouble with few pc games and retroarch

Hello guys,

I've got a trouble when i try to launch several games from my build. 

So, the build (TOX, a tate box hyperspin build) work perfectly on a Windows 7 pro on intel with R7 240.
I try to install it on a friend pc (Ryzen 3 3200G + R7 240) under Windows 10 pro.

The drivers works perfectly for Groovymame, Demul, TTX old launcher (like typex launcher in low res mode)
I've got trouble if i start games from TTX (With Game loader all rh launcher) PC games (not all) and retroarch.

For example, this game (chromawarrioz) run perfectly under my Win7 build with the same graphics card (R7 240) but under Win10 i've got this :

As you can see, the game is in double on my trinitron tv.
I dont know what i can do.

I tried to change the drivers, no change.
Under Vnc the view is correct, in the same time on the tv, its in double.
