Arcade WG k7000 monitor contrast/brightness adjustment

I recently bought a killer instinct 2 arcade (midway cab) which I believe has a wells garner k7000. Screen looks to be a bit dark and high contrast. The only adjustments I see there are focus and screen. Is there anywhere else that I can find additional monitor adjustments. I looked through the manual and didn't find anything that might help. Attached is a picture of the said adjustment knobs. Thanks for any input/advice.

I should add, I tried looking for the breakout board to make adjustments on my own and couldn't find it to try to tweak it on my own.
