detect corrupted MP3
« on: February 13, 2004, 01:27:38 pm »
I have downloaded "Arcade ambience" MP3s from miscellaneous sources to play while I'm either in the menu or the screen saver in mamewah. Unfortunately if I let it run overnight I get an error like "end of file detected while playing".
I assume that it means that I have a corrupt MP3 but I have so many of them that it's ahrd for me to figure out which one it might be by trial and error.
Does anyone know of a utility that would check MP3 files for corruption?
Thanks
