Need help finding a replacement monitor for my cab

Anyone have a good recommendation for a replacement monitor for my cab? The one I have in there now died. I had a 27" Betson 800x600 max monitor. Im open for CRT or LCD, rough opening is 24"Wx20"H. I woudl like something that fills that space pretty well.

Any suggestions?
