I was just kinda born knowing how to make chili, your recipe looks solid. 3lbs chili meat, 2 chopped onions, 4 garlic cloves, one chopped chipotle chili in adobo, cumin, chili powder. Chopped cilantro at the end. :cheers: |

I figured you would have good insight into chili. People around here have all kinds of stupid chili ideas. My buddy turned me on to the chipotle chile in adobo sauce. That's good stuff. I haven't tried cilantro. I will chuck that in the pot and see how it goes. I love cilantro on tacos. |
