What version do you have? Last upgrade was Itouch 11. You will most likely need a new CF card with it 11 pre installed and a it 11 software key. I seen just the Disc and software key on ebay for $150 but then you need to have a compatiable externally powered USB dvd drive to do the install. I have a it 11 software key and the nessary equipment to preinstall on a CF card. PM an offer.
