Thrift store pick up, too much.
« on: August 01, 2019, 11:17:48 am »
I was really to a MD. appoint meant and decided to look around an old thrift shop near by. He had a PS2 and a wii on a shelf, I was looking to copy my soft mods on both system, so I asked how much and if he had the cables. He walked me to 3 large bins and started to dig doe cables. All three bins were filled with old consoles, games, cable, and accessories. We got to talking and he offered me all three bins for $100. This was after I already bought 2 PS2 fat's. I agreed.

I'm planning to be listing most on eBay, but I want to flip quick, will be posting sets of items for sale on the buy/sell/ trade section here for the next few days at a better price. Cleaning and testing now so as of now don't assume everything works. If interested in something above PM me and I'll try to get back to you soon.

Note: The PS2's and the Ranger X are not for sale at this time. I may be keeping a few more items.

Updates:

N64 tested and working. Will post soon for an asking prices with two games and 4 controllers.

NES tested and working. Opened, cleaned, 72 pin fixed/cleaned, and now working.

Disassembled, cleaned, retrobeighted, tested and working. Comes with two controllers and an RF cable. Bottom half of the case as a little superficial damage, can see in the photo. Looking to get $40 will consider all offers.

Sega Saturn tested working. Comes with power plug and composite cable only.

The Saturn NES and n64 alone are worth more than $100 in most circles.  You did really good.

I couldn't get $300 shipped for a Saturn with 100+ games, Dreamcast, N64 with Z64, and a bunch of other ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- on this forum 12 years ago.  Funny how times change.  Saturn's the only one out of that batch that I miss.

Dropped the asking for the N64 stuff to $90. I just want to be rid of the stuff I don’t want and would rather give
a good price here then deal with eBay.

Nope and nope. Sorry

I need to test the Saturn to confirm it’s working but PM me if you want it, I’ll give you a good price.

I’m only posting what is tested and working so some stuff is on hold. For example, I don’t have a genesis AV cable at my apartment, most of my console stuff is at my dads house. So the two Genesis (model one 1&2) are on hold.

As of now what’s for sale includes:

N64 with 4 controllers, perfect date, mortal combat trilogy, power cable, and RF adapters.
SNES 2 controllers power cable, RF cable.
NES 2 controllers non, original power cable, and RF cable.
Saturn with new batterie, power cable, composite cable. I also have a doggy control I need to open up to try fixing that can be included.

Not yet for sale as I’m soft moving and may sell locally are two PS2s and a wii.

I've got all of that stuff, which I guess is a good problem to have.

Yea, nothing particularly rare here. That’s the problem with trying to sell it here. Hoping to the eBay sales make it Roth the effort.
