  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
my arcade build has this tv which i conect to a pc via component with a retrotek: vga to component converter.

i have tried many times with the preset configts that the video tools come wit, but i cant really get it right with the resolution. I wish i could get it down to 240p but seems imposible because when i try to, it glitches out.

any suggestions for resolution and frequency?

I had a very similar TV and the same question. Thread: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,157000.msg1649523.html#msg1649523

First thing I would do is test with the NTSC/PAL preset (depending on where you live) as it is the most restrictive and should defiantly work with any consumer TV.
