Sorry for updating an old post but I have the files you are looking for stored one my OneDrive. This frontend might be old, but it is super powerful, easy, and customizable. Wish they would have continued working on it.

Thanks for keeping these alive.

I would add that for future people finding these installs to also read this thread for updating your mame.xml file so MaLa can still read the games in.
