Barry Barcrest:
Is this running the original NSM software?

lilshawn:
if it is running it's original software that juke is going to be set up for commercial use only and you must be an operator and have an account with NSM to use it.

it needs to be hooked up to the internet to NSM's servers for verification and music updates. if it's disconnected or blacklisted becasue it's been sold or disconnected for too long... it will disable itself. in order to use this as a home unit, you would then have to nuke the NSM software out and install your own.

if it's already had windows or whatever installed and it's running some program other than NSM's juke software... then you might be able to do something. otherwise you have a great big paperweight.

Jmsgas:
Has ent one tried hacking the software and changing it to go to their own sever or their spotfy account?

for the time and effort it would not be worth it to try and get in and change things.

best to just nuke the drive, install windows or whatever you want for an OS and run whatever jukebox lookin software you want to use. all you have to do then is locate drivers for the motherboard and touchscreen.

it's a normal everyday computer in a fancy case with a touchscreen.
