--- Quote from: wp34 on April 07, 2019, 10:53:09 pm ---That's an amazing line-up for a mall nowadays. Our local barcades don't have some of those games. Also I don't think I've ever seen two Star Wars lined up like that let alone three. Most impressive. Thanks for sharing. --- End quote --- Yeah, that is nice. I bet that’s someone personal collection, and they took advantage of cheap mall space. THAT’S the way to do it! |

Your telling me. The gun game lineup is what catches my eye.... that and the street fighter cab with the street fighter ONE artwork. If I only had the time.... malls around here are ghost towns, you could probably get a good deal on rent. |

Yeah I thought it had to be a collector. I tried to talk to the guy up front a little. I started saying wow you have a nice collection of games here and mentioned I had just bought my first arcade game Defender. Then I mentioned I was going to Zapcon next month. He didn't know what that was so I explained it and then he said you should talk to <two names I don't recall>. So he walked over to 2 younger guys sitting behind a counter with their faces buried in cellphones and prompted them to talk to me. I mentioned Zapcon to those 2 and they stared at me like I was crazy so it was feeling awkward and I left. I'll go back another day when I have more time. I'm curious if any of them are on KLOV and who does their repairs. I didn't take pictures of the front room but it was more of a store and that is where the A1Ups were as well as one of those giant led screens where folks could play Pacman, Galaga, etc. |

Nice. There's still an arcade in the mall here. It was an Aladdin's Castle, now called Time Out. There aren't that many traditional cabs in it, though. It's mostly amusement type games now. |
