Megatouch force 2008

I have a few mega touch force 2008 machines and I get an error code and it says no state is present for card cmi8738 I have tried a few security keys and nothing but don’t know if that’s it or not I don’t know if hard drive is loaded with games or not I no nothing about these systems and I don’t know how to load a cd drive to one as well and also how do I know what security key to use
