Hello guys how are you?

I hope you can help me to fix the problem I have with my arcade. Some time ago I changed in my arcade the PC for a new one where I installed WIN7 64bits with ultimarc ArcadeVGA and JPAC. and as you can see in the image attached the top part of the view is missing.
I tried to use the arcade potentiometers with no help  :banghead:. I think it should be relation with Windows, because in the image attached the image is not fitted to the top.

Anybody could help me with my problem??
