Where do I find velvet textured polycarbonate?
« on: March 26, 2019, 09:54:05 am »
I'm working on a 2nd Golden Tee pedestal, and I need to cover the artwork on the control panel top. I'd like to use the same type of material that I.T. used on its control panels. It's a very durable & scratch resistant material. The top side has what I believe the industry folks call a "velvet" texture. The bottom side is smooth, allowing the artwork to show through.

What's this stuff called? Where do I buy it?
Man, will my cab EVER be finished?

I did a quick search and came up with this:

https://www.acrylite.net/product/acrylite/en/products/acrylite-satinice/velvet-texture/

If that is not helpful I can check with my acrylic supplier after work today.
