Scorpion 9000 Dart Board

Just bought a Scorpion 9000 Dart Board.  Is there anyone that can tell me how to set up the free play mode on this dart board?  I bought the molex connector and connected it to the wire that is tagged with "Happy Hour" on it but I can get it to work.  Any info would be helpful
