Need wico corp 21-6080 OR willing to sell Off Road Arcade

One of three wheels are working on Leland Super Off Road Arcade. I believe a replacement of the wico corp 21-6080 will fix this issue (open to any suggestions). If I cannot get it to work, willing to sell the arcade.
