  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hey all

Still trying to find the source of bad video with my set up, the only thing left now is whether or not it has to do with GroovyArcade & Linux

Does GroovyArcade run 1:1 resolutions or does it do a super resolution of 2560x240 and then 10x the Horizontal Pixels?

Also, what exactly does the forcedotclock_min do? Mine is set to 0 and always has been, what have i missed there?

It uses native 1:1 resolutions unless you force it otherwise. The dotclock_min option sets the minimum dotclock that modes will be calculated with, if calculations result in a lower dotclock than this value, the mode will be scaled by 2 horizontally, until the minimum dotclock condition is met.

What's the intended behavior for 31k only monitors?  I had a play with it yesterday on an old motherboard and the output video looked a little soft/blurry.
