Sega Model 2 UI

That link in the 1st post appears to be dead...so I ended getting it from this site: http://www.emu-france.com/emulateurs/6-arcades/68-nebula-m2emu-crystalemu-cps3emu/7655-sega-model-2-ui/ (3.3MB). Whenever I attempt to run the Sega Modul 2UI.exe I get an error stating: The file Print.dll is missing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? I can run emulator.exe fine, but I really want to open the UI so that I can change the resolution for Windowed Daytona to 1920x1080. If I attempt to run Fullscreen mode, my OBS can't capture the window anymore.
