Rowe AMI R87 won't reject record

We have a Rowe AMI R87 that will play a couple of records then the arm will not lift and return to allow another selection.  The internal reject button beside the the turntable and the reject button on the back of the jukebox also will not function.  We can turn the player off, leaving the record on the turntable, unplug it, and the next day plug it back in, turn it on, and it will retract the arm, take the record off the turntable, go to the next selection and play it.   The arm will operate as normal, the record will be removed and replaced by the next selection but when that one is done the arm will not retract and we are back to not being able to reject the record by any means other than shutting down the jukebox and turning it back on at another time.  Any ideas?

Um, there have to be turn-table forums. I'm sure Tom's Hardware and Software has some things on that. Probably general electrical forums have a side-forum.....
