AMI f120 power supply fuses

Can someone tell me the 3 fuse values on the ami f120 power supply. Its got  8a, 1a, 1a fuses and I don't think that's right. I ordered repair manual but wont get if for another 4-5 days.

Hello Albert,

The fusers are a 8 amp and two 8/10 (or 800 MA) fuses the two 800 ma should be just that, no greater.

You need to check out the voltages to see if the rectifier and capacitor are still working correctly.

yes but getting those fuses takes a week. no one here supplies them readily. a few suppliers say out of stock. will order them on backorder but must use 1a to complete repair. still waiting for manual.  tues/Wednesday expected delivery. found problem in flex cable to turntable. it just crumbled to the touch and shorted out the fuse. replaced wire with the most flexible I can find. What a job!! had to cut back over and over till I made a good splice. identified turntable pair. wont know if other two pairs are ac or dc till manual gets here so hesitant on plugging them up.
