Interesting.
I dont think Ive seen anyone use just plexi-glass for the control panel.

In the 4th photo, there's a wooden version of the CP so I'm guessing the plexi alone is just temporary.
Although sort of a fun idea! You'd want to make sure it's thick enough plexi not to flex though...
