Outrun 2 SDX SP is it only emulated in Teknoparrot and only on Win 10?

Not clear is this only compatible with Win10?  I'd like to run it on my older Win 7 PC but won't bother if it is not Win7 compatible.

Upgrade to wondows 10 problem solved. You're running against time anyway so may as well do it now. Grab a key off ebay for $10. ? Profit.
