Off Road Challenge game playing blind, HELP???

I have an Off Road Challenge arcade game that powers up, I can here the attract mode running loud and clear but no video on the monitor, it's as if it's playing blind.. Can anyone assist with this issue???

I'm not too sure what the chassis model is...

There is a small sticker on the aluminum body of the chassis which reads:

must be a rebadged rodotron 288 monitor, flybacks are known to go bad on these but it could be anything causing the fault
