Howard_Casto:
Well it's probably still cheaper than amazon prices, so I guess it's better than nothing.
fallacy:
I personally have never ever, ever, seen anyone ever try to charge more than something should be worth on ebay, craigslist site. Seems as if one did see such an event and was not born yesterday you would presumably just laugh to yourself click out of it and move on.

By the way if he does sell it than it is worth that much, the value of something is worth what someone else is willing to pay for it; if he does not ever sell it than he is just wasting his own time.
pbj:
Asking price != actually sold for this price
ark_ader:
I remember when PC AT cases weighed 70 lbs and you could not give them away for $10.  You always ended up needing stitches if you dissembled anything inside to make it an empty case.

Go to Frys and see their cases without PSUs for $120.  Better still go in store and see the mess that is their PC case display for $120.  They are smoke free too.  ;D
DaOld Man:
Yeah, I dont know if you can even find an AT motherboard anymore, that would fit this scrap heap.
Maybe he expects a museum might be interested in it?
My house is 30 years old, still in good shape though, think I can get 10 times what it is really worth?
