Thinking of a PS1 game cant remember name - anyone?

I am looking for a PS1 game I never got to complete.

Cant remember a huge amount but I remember it had 3 characters 2 blokes and a women and they had inter-wound stories.
It was a 3rd person action game, I remember one part being on a glass roof you had to navigate without falling through cracks.

Anyone know what ime talking about??
