Groovyarcade monitor issue
« on: November 25, 2018, 10:00:34 am »
Sorry if this have been posted about elsewhere. After some digging, I couldn't find anything related to the issue I'm having. Anyway, I've installed groovyarcade on a computer hooked up to an old CRT monitor inside an old Golden Tee cab. This is what it looks like after everything installs...

It looks like it only wants to display the upper left quadrant of the video signal. I've tried to reinstall using a couple of different settings and I either get the same result or the monitor will flash "OUT OF RANGE" and will get no image at all.

Has anyone seen something like this? How would I solve this? Any help would be appreciated!

Are you using an ATi/AMD card?
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

Its an Nvidia card, but I was able to get it sorted out today by setting to monitor to makvision, which is probably the manufacturer of the monitor inside the cab. Who would have thunk it.

Now if only I could get the controls set up then I'll have the thing all set up!
