Hydrothunder VGA card install

I have a 1999 Hydrothunder that the monitor went out.  I purchased a VGC to VGA card.  I have an LED TV in the cabinet and I have looked for the Red/Blue/Green wires with the sync and ground..
   I'm no computer wizard by any means.  If anyone could help me locate these so I can splice into the wires it would be appreciated.  The LED TV has a VGA hookup, and I have a 6' cable to connect the card to the TV.
