JVL JP30 battery replacement?

Had to replace a battery in a JVL JP30 board. Does anyone know how to power the board back up so i can get into the bios and set the power loss state to power on?

Figured it out.
Power on switch is header CN13 row of pins closest to the ram slot. Not sure which exact pin needed to be shorted i just used a flat head screwdriver to short them and it worked.
