mount: long arm (floor-based?) and rotatable

Hi! It's been a looong time.. I have no idea what my old username was.
Anyhow! I'm going for a modular sort of build right now based around some modded fightsticks and a Macbook. The idea is to be able to tuck things away when not in use. I am wondering about any sort of solution regarding the display -- something that will let me tuck a light display (20 or 22") away easily. Needs to be able to rotate easily as well. I'm coming up empty on search results. Closest thing I can find to what I'm thinking is at this link... I'd have bought it already but it doesn't rotate.

I figured this would be a good place to ask. I'm up for building something as well if anyone has some parts suggestions. It can stem from the floor, desk, or wall, just as long as it's easy to lower out of sight. Players will be standing and the desk is about 3' high.

Maybe someone has done something with some sort of flexible cable and a basic VESA bracket??

Cheers
