R84 numeric keypad issue

Just bought a r84 model with no problem. However it now won't let me select the number zero when selecting the song.

It was working fine. Had it for 3 weeks with no issue. The button appears to be pushing in and out with no problem but it's not appearing on the display. All other numbers work OK and the track selects and plays fine.

If you have any ideas on a fix it would be appreciated. I am a technical novice at this.

Hello Donbezcam,

The problem could be the button or it could be a dry joint on the Pricing Board.

Our customers ususally send us their keyboard, pricing board and the loom from the keyboard to pricing board and the loom from the pricing board to the CCC.
