Thanx! I got it working pretty well in window full-screen mode. Great!! Now I just have to get ePSXe going now and I'm all set Pcsx-r works but not with all titles and stutters on my rig. Believe ePSXe is faster what I can see! :angel: |

Thank you for sharing the info. I plan to review this thread in detail when I'm home. Personally I've finally got my Aim Trak modules installed into my GunCon shells. I've got them working with NES games, all be it the emulator I'm using escapes me now. I've still got to configure MAME, but I'd love to get Sega Master System and Genesis gun games working. So I appreciate the info. PS1 games would be awesome, however I'm unsure if my PC has the power to play them. |

Both Sega Master System AND Nintendo Entertainment System All work perfect in the newer MAME with MESS integration! Well worth the hassle. here's how I made it working and also in Rocketlauncher: Example for Sega Master System * Place correct named ROMs in roms/SYSTEMNAME ex E:\GAMES\MAME\roms\sms Correct names can be found in /hash/SYSTEMNAME ex. sms.xml * Place BIOS in roms/ folder ex. /roms/sms.zip In rocketlauncher... * In Emulator, add directory to MAME/roms/SYSTEM ex. /MAME/roms/sms * for SYSTEM (ex. Sega Master System) "edit global module settings" for MAME.ahk and set "UseSoftwareList TRUE" Start witht the ZAPPER on the NES system (Also playable in newer MAME) Also, if you want to change controller to a system who starts with a different gaming device add this to parameters. ex NES to start with Zapper in port#2 which is the standard setup for NES lightgun games -ctrl2 zapper DONE Also, remeber to rename all your HyperSpin media and if used - tags in your LEDBlinkyControls.xml[/spoiler] |

Great, thanks for sharing, it's amazing how you can spend so much time browsing retro threads and yet completely miss something like this. I currently use FCEUX for NES lightgun games but it draws a cursor at the location of the shot which I haven't been able to switch off. I should be able to completely remove it in Mame. The Duck Hunt video looked really good on your cabinet. Can anyone recommend any Sega Master System lightgun games? I'll give Gangster Town a go :-) |
