is there any ballast or other source of electromagnetic influence near the side that has the issues
do you have a video of the problem

No balast or EFI.
The video is in the first post.
You Can see the srewdriver(not magnatic) on the left side of the monitor. Image is shaking. On the right side not.

So it is trash
That box is the Power supply to the pcb game. And some switchbox for the cabinet itself.

disconnect the degauss coil and move that box away from the deflection coil- see what happens

WoW youre the man;-)

The degaus, makes a very little diference.
The big black box is causing the big shake.
I think I will buy a new Power source.
Is iT a problem if I dont connect the degaus?

you can plug back in the degauss

that box is just too close to the deflection coil
