Bought my tickets for Friday Night.

Nice. If you want to meet up I'll buy you a drink or three. There is a smokehouse with a bar in the hotel where I am staying. I have a friend coming out on Friday night too.

MGC starts tonight. I will be at the bar in Doc's Smokehouse at 5ish. The smokehouse is on the ground floor of the Springhill Suites.

If you want a free drink or you'd like to punch me in the head, PM me around that time.

Just checked into my hotel. Once my buddy gets here we will have a drink to celebrate the fact that we are headed to the bar.

I will let you know about the game. I am going to play it today at home. That is a pretty cool thing to throw in the swag bag.

A graphics glitch creeps in after about a minute and it makes the game unplayable. It turns out I missed an email regarding the glitch. There was a place to go and get the cartridge updated. Oh well. I am going to contact them and see if I can still get mine fixed. Two minutes of play testing on an actual NES would have uncovered the problem.

Tell me more about what's going on here.

I can see the original 6-player board, but what's with the rest of the wiring going on here? Upscaler, I assume since there's a couple projectors for the video output, but there seems to be some extra terminals and relays to *something* else in that set-up.  Is there a purpose, or is it just artistic?
Did you get to play this?  Was there lag in the input?

I'd love to try this out in person.  :applaud:

One of the joysticks was wrecked. It was weird being that far from the screen. It seemed responsive enough for the type of game that it is. There was never someone I could talk to about it when I was there. There are a bunch of arcade power supplies and I have no idea why.

And I am not even drunk tonight.

My favorite game. Sucks it's only two player. I'd buy the Amico if they released a single player version v the computer of Sea Battle.

It's been a good night. Six pack of a strawberry blonde, close to a course record on Golden Tee until the 17th hole, crushing my oldest daughter at Puzzle Bobble 2, pub stomping on Black Ops III, and watching Chardee Macdennis of It's Always Sunny.

Sent fromy Pixel 5 because iPhones and the 2600 are for people whose parents didn't love them.
