I solved a problem but I did not understand what I did to do that

Dear Guys,
I solved a problem but I did not understand what I did to do that.
I had problem loading ePSXe games from MA. Epsxe perfectly worked unless when I used it from MA.
Then I saw in a screenshot from another user that he had different commands in the Command Line.

I had:
-nogui -loadbin %file
psu -cdrom %file -skip_gameinfo -nowindow -ctrlr X-Arcade

He had:
%file -skip_gameinfo -nowindow

Of course I never modified Command line before
I replaced and now games are loading and most time work good (sometime I have problem loading audio with Tekken 3, sometime not)
Can someone please just explain me what I did?
