rowe ami mm3 problem

I have a rowe ami mm3 that i purchased last year, i am having the following problem; When i select a track, the record loads and the needles comes over but does not land on the record and the the record removes itself... how do i change the setting on the tone arm so the record will play at the beginning of the track?

Tone arm adjustments are shown in the service manual.

Unfortunately it didn’t come with s service manual. Do you know where I can find one?
