Making an arcade stick for Xbox classic?

İ want to make an Xbox classic powered bartop machine.

İ have arcade sanwa joysticks and arcade push buttons. Which USB encoder shoud i use?

Not sure what encoder you could get but a simple solution would be to just hack an Xbox controller.

I'm pretty sure the Kade encoder does what you're after.

The original KADE miniArcade isn't a great option since the Minimus AVRs are hard to find lately.

Bruno made an XBOX-specific XBOXPadMicro firmware for the Arduino Micro AVR or you can use his KADE miniArcade 2.0 firmware with a wide variety of 32u4 AVR boards.
