Daphne config in Maximus Arcade

I've got MA working with MAME, Stella and a few other emulators and everything is fine.
I've got Daphne working on the same machine.

For the life of me, I cannot get Daphne working in MA!!!
Where do these bat files go?
Is the bat file just the full command line for launching a game (including the EXE)? Or is it something else?

I cannot even get Daphne to show up as one of the emulators in MA to switch between.

I don't use batch files for Daphne.  I have the Executable as c:\Daphne\DaphneLoader.exe and the Roms pointing to the Roms directory which is under Daphne i.e. c:\Daphne\Roms.

Mine works.

Yes the batch files are the command line options for running the game.
