Pacdrive with mala, multiplayer games
« on: August 18, 2018, 09:14:13 am »
Quick question (hopefully). Just hooked up and am enjoying new translucent buttons with LEDs, using two pacdrives and mala controller. All of the LEDs are working, the individual game controls light up when you scroll through the games, and attract mode works. My question is, when you scroll over a multiplayer game in the menu, should the controls for both players light up?  I've got the buttons for 1P on the first pacdrive and the buttons for 2P on the second pacdrive, and they all light up in attract mode, but only the controls for 1P light up when I'm scrolling through multiplayer games (ie 1P buttons 1-6 light up, but 2P buttons 1-6 do not)

Hmm, I guess not such a quick question :p

Well, anyhow, I did notice that the issue is with the 2nd pacdrive board. If I assign all of the 1P controls to the leds on the 2nd pacdrive, then none of the controls light up. So, I guess, using the second pacdrive loses the ability to light up the individual game controls.
