Well, I spent about $500 to stand in a field with 100,000 people and watch The Cure on a giant TV screen. At least I won’t ever get goth blocked again. Or have to listen to any more “wow you haven’t been to ACL!?” chatter. And whatever hell dope they all smoke in Austin smells like skunk piss. And does not provide contact highs. :cheers: Also saw Metric. So that’s 2 bands off my DDR cabinet in one shot. |

That's awesome! I'd love to see The Cure one of these days and I'm probably running out of time. In other concert news, I bought 4 tix to see the Hella Mega Tour or whatever it's called. Next August in Philly. Green Day / Weezer / Fall Out Boy. Should be fun - I'm taking my kid since she loves Fall Out Boy and kind of likes Weezer and Green Day even though they are old people music. Ha! |
