NSM City II jukebox help

Hello,
 I have an NSM City II that I am trying to get working, it powers on/lights up, the bar moves left and right and picks up records but they don's spin or play. You can hear a little feedback when you adjust the volume so I am hopeful everything else works. Does anyone know how to fix this or change a motor for this? any help would be appreciated.
