Unit powers up has error 30 then 32 later clear codes and comes up instantly after putting back to on....  Unit does not attempt to rotate

30 and 32 are magazine optical switch errors. Could be dirty/mis-adjusted/defective magazine optical switches. Or could be a problem with the Mechanism Control Board.

Ken's take on the error codes are correct, I would check that the transfer motor and the cam switches are not shorting out on the uninsulated spade connections.
