Jamma 60 in 1 - sound but no video
« on: July 18, 2018, 06:12:45 pm »
I have a 60 in 1 arcade with a Jamma board that had been working fine for several years, suddenly the sound was fine but the video stopped working.  When I power up the monitor shows the DELL startup screen but then goes black.  I hooked up the monitor to a laptop and it also goes black after a few seconds.  Any idea why a DELL monitor would do this?  Has it just gone bad and I need to get another monitor?

Sounds like the monitor, do you not have another monitor to test with?
If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

Yeah, it sounds like a 31kHz PC monitor? CRT, or otherwise? Can you just plug the jamma board into and LCD or something, to test?
